Ip office 500 v2 combo6210/unknown

Hello,

i have ip office 500 v2 on version 9 i have installed got the phones to ring each other but i have a solid red light on the combo6210 card

What version are you running? Likely that's the culprit.

What do you see in SSA and Monitor?

Yes in basic mode, but when I switch to standard mode and put in my Essential license the ISDN card works fine but the phones will not power on any ideas??

TFTP server address same as system ip address?

Would you need that on the digital station 1408

If you really want to know what is wrong then stop being foolish and use the tools available: Monitor ans SSA
