I have tried this and it came back with the same error. I was able to login to the val manually and pull of the announcment files. Still cant retrieve using Val manager. I have tried versions 2,3,4 all give the same result.

Try busy and releasing the ports which are giving the problems. I.e busy port 01a0101.....release port 01a0101. This way you are only playing with the ports causing the problem and not the whole trunk.
