VAl Board Capacity

Hi Guys,
I have a val board which has 3000 seconds left on it. When i do a cahnge announcments and try to add another announcment to this board, i get response back saying system has reached max capacity. Has any of you guys experienced this? and what was the resoloution?

Check your customer options. Look at the VAL full one hour capacity.

max announcements on a val board is 256.

There is some bug that shows more announcement time than is actually there. Make sure you have the latest rel. of patches, and the latest fw version which is 007.

With that in mind you could actually be out of capactiy, but its showing incorrect avalibility. If you FTP in the the VAL board make sure you dont have a bunch of unused wav files, that are not administred as announcements.
