I would like to connect MOH

I was reading thread690-969343, and realized I never conncted MOH as I had planned. Now I don't remember how to do it. I have a CD player for a music source. Would someone list the steps to take in establishing MOH on my Definity CM 2.0 ? Thanks, Ron

First you need to connect the cd player to an analog port on the switch. Then you do ch sys fe.On the first page half way down you will see music on hold options,change this to music and a field will appear for a port,put your port number here. An easy way to test is by setting up a vdn pointing to a vector and in hte vector on the first step type wait 1000 seconds hearing music. Now dial the vdn number. If it working you will hear music.

Don't forget a amplifier? You might need some sort of volume control. Make sure your COR has Music on Hold YES...
