CPN, COR and Trunks

Where do I change what number is displayed (or how do I prevent the number from being displayed) from an ACD phone? Agents have international dialing rights and our general office number is displayed on the customers phone when agents call customers back.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here in the uk we either ask the service provider to restricts the cli from being sent out or we insert 141 inthe route pattern, this also restricts the number.
