This PB contains a fix attempt for CQ40005 - TAPI: Ghost calls
and it's a rollup for PB 4.2(143712)
The PB includes fixes for

We upgrade to above version last week and have a strange issue with HG names not being displayed on the Agents phone but caller ID is still displayed.. On the PC application you can see both
If it was a call to the SALES HG
It use to read SALES/caller id Now it says External/caller id
Also if possible I would like to see how your Hg are set up as far as Que stuff.. some of the settings look off to me

I did only one install with Zeacom (5 weeks ago) and they told me all the settings they want it to be and all I had to do was create a million and one huntgroups for them and then it worked. So maybe the Zeacom tech support will be able to help you with it very quickly.
Zeacom uses TAPI to intercept all incoming calls. The application performs call routing, voicemail and reporting. You have to build all hgs and phantom extensions in IPO. Call are distributed from a hg to a phantom user before being distributed to a "real" agent.
What you can do is fire up sysmon and trap one call. Search for "display" to see what is being displayed for the extension.
Below is my analysis of an error - stuck queued call sans the display that you are looking for. I have posted this for your benefit so that you may trace a Zeacom call using sysmon.

The HG are set up with no users in the and have an overflow group called ZcomFailover... Incomming call route directed to the group extension then Zeacom takes control of call and uses the analog ports on Dialogic card to present the call to Agent.. At least that is what they tell me..lol
I have done the sys mon trace and I see the Hg name in deispl up to the time it gets transfered to the analog port on the Zeacom server then the Display reads Extenal and the Caller ID...
Again I need to ask.. When ur agents answer a call do the see the HG name on the display or External?
Beats me. I've never been on site. But if the display variable for the user in your case says External then apparently the information is lost between all the transfers that Zeacom does.
