Zeacom Call Center and IP Office

Is anyone using the Zeacom Call center 5.0 with IP office?

I have a few questions about it..

Westi How about your site.. do the agenst seed the HG name displayed on phone when call comes through Zeacom?

O.K. the site tells me that:

When a Queue Call comes in the call shows up in the window of the phone (5410) External on the top line and then the caller ID below. In Zeacom, the Desktop software shows the Origin as External, the Caller ID and which Queue the call is being delivered from.


So IPO loses the group name since it is not passed back from Zeacom.
