Recently installed an IP 500 (rel. 5.0.15) with 6 digital phones and VM Pro for a customer. Customer has 4 analog lines provided by Verizon Vios. Every few inbound calls the user gets static for 3-5 seconds. Tested the lines with a butt set on the providers end and did not get any static. Have since swapped out all hardware, thinking possibly a bad truck module or processor. Have ran an auto impedence match and also check "quiet line" on all lines. Static is still present. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
