I have imported a CSV file containing names and number. It works as it should. If I now try to add a name and number using Manager the contact disappear after I save the config. I have tried both merge and a reboot but with the same result. Before the import, it was no problem to add a contact. The problem came after the CSV import.

Is this a bug or what?

Thanks for all help.

When you use monitor then check the option "memory card commands" at "services"

Post the monitor trace here.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

It works now.! :) I got the problem that the IPO suddenly went into "default factory settings" and luckily i'd read that this can happen. I turned off the power, took out the SD card and fired it up again. Restored the config and now everything is ok.. :) But i don't like that the IPO suddenly cleares the config...!!

vstuen, if that's the case then you did have the read only issue we described/suggested which also happens in conjunction with the defaulting config. You need to remove the SD card and plug it in card reader then use Manager to format then recreate the card, you can then sned the config back into it. If you don't this will happen again ususally within two weeks or so :)
