Would any of you encounter this issue.

I'm getting on and off echo on none, several or all extention.

The data and voice is seperated on diffent VLAN with QoS on the Voice.

yankblan, I'm not sure if you know of the term "teasing", I do the same to my fellow engineer who deals with Mitel. The smiley was because it was a light hearted comment not a flame, how else can you indicate light hearted intent? To flame someone is to be offensive towards them, unless you invented the Nortel system I can't see how you found that offensive.

I know that the IP Office is crap with analogue lines which is why I do my best to avoid them, or convert to ISDN2 where possible, if we must use them we use digital phones and do not use auto attendants unless we provided the lines and can set the disconnect clear times ourselves, even then it doesn't always work :-)

Which region are you located in? Rarely have I had problems with DS, except with resellers; the big players are 99.5% of the time efficient for AA purposes.

I'm sorry about earlier posts, but browsing different topics I often find you replying with a snarky "get to 21st century" tone to it; after reading many of them, I guess it got on my nerves.

I have no problems with teasing; only with a tease with no concrete solutions attached to it; as you know, we are all dependant on what the customer wants to $ and sometimes geographical restrictions in technology and its availability.

Im located in northern Ontario.

lol, Stephane, sorry, I was asking amriddle01 that question.

Yeah, here in Canada unless you're in TO, Mtl or other big cities, ISDN costs a ton; when available

Here ISDN over Coper is a fortune. We have the locale Cable company that started with great pricing. But fiber must be brought to the building. We got a quote they wans 35K to install fiber into the building.
