IP Office Authorization Codes use

Good day all,

I have the following request to use authorization codes.

User group 1 can dial national numbers using an authorization code

User group 2 can dial national and international numbers using an authorization code

For user group 1, I configured short codes for national numbers in the user rights to point to ARS_National and Force the use of authorization code

For user group 2, I configured short codes for national and international numbers in the user rights to point to ARS_INTERNATIONAL and Force the use of authorization codes.

The problem is that if I use the authorization code of a user from group 1 (national) on the phone of user from group 2 (international) the auth code of user 1 still allows international calls.

How can I troubleshoot this?

You can't. As soon as you use auth codes the diamond is made based on the codes and not based in the phone or the user logged in.
