I need to hire an Engineer who has real deep experience with G3r issues. I am battling Sync issues and it is getting worse as time goes on. I can not get support form local partners and AVAYA has not been returning phone calls. Long story.... Anyone know of where I can find this expertise that will be able to come on site for a day and look into my issues? Willing to pay T&M while onsite. site is in the Orange County, NY area.

Are you a member of the "other" forum? If so please PM me and will see if we can get together on this. It is a must to not post passwords here.

well, from the sni alarms it looks like to lost a cabinet, make sure your fiber connections are all ok. the dly-mtce alarm could mean your back up is failing, due to system health.

I think he has a cabinet that was shut off and not remove from translations. Thats why I was getting him to post the "sta health" it should show one of them as "down".

Notice on the 2 ds1 logs that the errors happen at the same time interval in Canada and in NY. There are no carrier issues, I had that checked already....
