CMS Split/Skill Call Profile Report Customizing

Does anyone know how I can make the CMS Report Split/Skill Call Profile Daily report to be able to put in multiple days. I copied the report to a new one I can make changes to but when I change all the tables to sum I get a Group By list error when trying to run it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using CMS or CentreVu? In CentreVu you can easily make a copy of a 'split-skill daily report' and add those fields in, then remove the fields you do not need.

I just did this via CMS supervisor using the following steps:

1. Open the report.
2. Select REPORT, then DESIGN from the menu.
3. Select EDIT, then INPUTS from the menu.
4. Change the input for Date to be a multi-value prompt by checking the Multi-value check box.
5. Click on OKAY, run your report & make sure it's what you wanted, then save it with a new name.

That should be it......

If your query contains items that are being summed, anything that is not being summed must be in a group by list. The only things that shouldn't be summed are things like ROW_DATE, SPLIT, etc.
