Hello,
Had a tech on a job today to add a fiber card and a trunk mod to an MICS, I didn't get the software level. When he powered down the system and added the the fiber card and powered it back up the customers could not use 101 or any 1 code to retrive the parked call. Which they could before. Tech went in and changed it to 3 from none under system programming and it worked O.K. They just had to do 301 or 302 or higher for multiply calls. What would make this change?
Dmac,

Never heard of that one before. I think I'd double check with the tech to see if he made any changes that might have affected the system numbering plan.
