All Norstar vmails have 8 paths across
Flashtalk & Mini have 2 deep
All others 8 deep
8 across should be plenty but you can structure it so it works.
-Don't waste Paths for each user such as for Darryl press 1, Karen press 2 etc.
Instead "for a list of employee's press 1", then in Path 1 record as: For Darryl dial ext 222, for Karen 223 etc.
or to not use a path at all, mention up front to press the # sign for the company directory, where then they will be prompted to spell the persons name.
And bigger example to combine groups (4 across and 2 deep):
For the company listing by name press 1 (record list or people)
For Sales press 2
For accounting press 3 (then when they press 3 "for receivable press 1(path 31) for Payables press 2(path 32)
For Company address and Fax/Web (record address & fax #)
For Logistics press 4 (then when they press 4 "for receivable press 1(path 41) for Payables press 2(path 42)
