    This is what we already proposed but due to the random frequency of the occurence (it can work for 2 weeks without any issue), customer did not accept to remove the recording solution. It should be indeed easier... now we trying to understand what could be the reasons.

    Not sure but maybe "H" is coming from "Home". The reason? In Meridian MCDN network (TIE line), private routing can be defined with AC2 access code. In this case, each remote sites can be defined with LOC code (LD90) and local site has its own Home location (HLOC)
