we have explored this avenue. The care homes all have routers that dont support VPN. so all i really want to know is if you can set these IP phones up remotely on other site away from main site.
if not we will have to go down the route in getting the customer to invest in a more expensive router...
the problem i have is that the customer has just bought some 3rd party ip licenses and they want to use these dect phones...is it possible to do this?

maybe try taking the 0 from the dial action shortcode....we had this problem the other day the line was sending out the same number twice so essentially wasn't routing anywhere. i took the 0 from the dial '?' short code and seemed to be fine?

do you use the LAN 1 address for the SIP server and outbound Proxy server? i think this is where i am going wrong

Basically I have a grand stream wireless IP dect phone.
I've configured all the settings well I think I have however the only thing I cant seem to get working is on the device configuration the handset will NOT register with SIP?
Has anyone else come across this problem or installed these...
