I am trying to acquire system settings from a CICS 6.1 using the naics6_1.xls workbook.
I saved it under a different name, enabled macros, made all the correct adjustments under the ICS menu, and when I connect, I get the following error:

There are a couple ways to do this...
You can assign all extensions to 'Ring' or 'Appr&Ring' on all necessary lines.
You can build a hunt group for each line that includes every phone.
You can use ringing groups.

I've managed my time sensitive hunt groups using the AA/CCR features on my CP100. If you want to route your callers directly to an AA when they call, I have found that is the best way to work around the inability to place Hunt Groups in ringing services.

I seem to have issues from time to time with profiles on my Win XP Pro machines, especially if there is a major change made to the server.

You could also put the fax machines in a hunt group under a "rotory" setting if you did not want to forward...
This would help to balance out the usage on both machines...
The first three phones would need to be set-up on a hunt group, with the overflow to a secondary hunt group that rings the other extensions.
You would want to use "broadcast" for this set-up.
