CP 100 Question... 1

Hey all...

I have a CICS 6.1 with a CP100, V2...

I set up a new user mailbox along with a tranfer option in the main CCR tree for the new user. For some reason, whenever I dial the menu option or direct dial the user's extension from the AA menu, the system asks me to announce my name. It then places me on hold and announces my call to the end user.

I do not know how this feature was enabled and would like to find out because I have other users that would like to have this feature as well.

Any ideas?

Okay...That is in the individual mailbox settings in the web interface, correct?

I think I recall seeing it and checking it...
