Call work codes report in CMS

If using CV Supe, Select "Other" from the Historical tab, and you'll see Call Work Code Daily, Monthly, and Weekly reports. If using CMS Terminal: Reports, Historical, Call Work Codes. I think in the past I found it necessary to write custom reports to make the data useful in any manner...hope this helps.
