IP Office Essential - Twinning issue
IP Office Essential - Twinning issue
(OP)
I'm managing an IP Office R9.0.4.0 build 265
Calls are routed into an AA. Option 1 send callers to a group set to sequential and has 5 members.
The members of this group are Phantom extensions that have Twinning enabled to forward out to a secondary call center to field Sales calls.
Twinning is set with the following settings on each extension:
The Twinned Mobile Number is set.
No Time profile / Mobile dial delay is set to 0 seconds / Mobile Answer Guard is set to 0 seconds
Trunks are SIP. 10 channels available.
The systems uses twinning on the first two extensions, but then won't connect the third. Are there any restrictions on number of twinned calls in R9? Anything else that could be limiting twinning to two calls?

RE: IP Office Essential - Twinning issue
If your sip trunk is configured to use internal data for outgoing then make sure you have a DID or main phone number for each user under sip tab.

@ rickscs. As far as I know no restrictions are present.
Can you make a sys monitor trace with sip enabled and post it here?
RE: IP Office Essential - Twinning issue
However, it appears that you have to have unique numbers for the twinning to enable that feature.
For now, this issue is on hold because I've set up an AA on the provider side to forward the calls to the call center. This method doesn't use extra SIP licenses in the IP Office (actually none unless the call center sends a call to the customer). Unless the customer decides they want it different, I'm calling this one fixed...
