CMS blank login/logout report

Hi everyone I have a problem with the login/logout reports in cms 17. When a run a report in primary server it gives me back no info, recently haglog table was rebuilt but didn't solve the problem. Secondary server works fine.

Any idea?

RE: CMS blank login/logout report

Check and make sure the time is synched between the CM and CMS.

RE: CMS blank login/logout report

Use the admin sync menu to push/pull the missing tables from one CMS to the other.

RE: CMS blank login/logout report

Thank you guys. Is this service affecting?

RE: CMS blank login/logout report

I run admin sync after hours. Its not service affecting but pretty sure there is a warning when you run it to do it after hours as it could be processor intensive. Been a few years since I needed to run admin sync.

RE: CMS blank login/logout report

Thank you very much now cms is working fine!!
