CMS blank login/logout report

Hi everyone I have a problem with the login/logout reports in cms 17. When a run a report in primary server it gives me back no info, recently haglog table was rebuilt but didn't solve the problem. Secondary server works fine.

Any idea?

Check and make sure the time is synched between the CM and CMS.

Use the admin sync menu to push/pull the missing tables from one CMS to the other.

I run admin sync after hours. Its not service affecting but pretty sure there is a warning when you run it to do it after hours as it could be processor intensive. Been a few years since I needed to run admin sync.
