Why CMS report, calling party reads port number?

I am doing an agent trace by location report and I am getting port numbers in the calling party field. It is not doing it in all the calling party fields, some of them are showing the ani from the calling party. Why are some of the calling party numbers showing port numbers?

It will show the port the call came in on if no caller ID was received from the LEC.
