VPN access to IP Office

Hello! I'm sorry but I have not much idea about the network conf. So I need help.

I have a VPN access to the client network but I can not connect with the manager or web interface. I don't know if i should ask for open some ports or is something obout the network configuration in the manager, may be is because of the manager configuration? I don't have any idea what is this about.

I will attach some screenshots of the configuration. The DHCP is a server not the router.
I should do any configuration on IP ROUTE?

Didi you setup an IP route to your pc routing to the VPN gateway?
