volume issues since upgrade to R 3.0

IP phone 4612 has low volume since upgrade. Any ideas, thanks

In the VoIP tab under extensions change the gain. This should do the trick.

We have the same problem.!

I think avaya should work on fix this problem !!!
Changing the gain sometimes create a bad voice quality!!!!
