Remote Phone issues

Hi Guys, We have an IP office 500 v2 on R11.1.3.2 with J179 SIP phones. Everything works fine on local network and remote. Only issues we're running into is with Meraki MX firewall. We have 2 internet connections on this firewall. The primary internet usualy goes offline once every couple days for 5 - 10 mins. When this happens all the remote phones register using the failover internet connection. But once the primary internet comes online, the phones stay on failover internet. With that We're able to make/receive calls, but since the Primary internet is up, RTP traffic goes over the primary internet, while the phones are still registered under the secondary internet. This causes issues with the audio and we run into no audio issues, until the phone is rebooted/reregistered. has anyone ran into this before or do you have any suggestions/best practice on this?

I am assuming that the MX firewall and two internet connections are what's connecting the IP500 to the internet? I also assume the two different internet connections and different public IP address? How do the phones know about the second public IP?

Or are you doing something different?

I see Thanks for confirming, do the two connections have different public IP address? When you look in Sysmon do you see the correct IP address against the remotely connected phone? Do you see them change? If you restart the phone does this resolve the issue? Have you watched the registration in Sysmon to confirm the correct IPs are being used? I am wondering if it's too quick and the IP500 doesn't realize the phone has moved.
