Voicemail Password Reset

I have a strange issue where a couple of users forgot/changed their voicemail password and they can not login. When I change the password in Manager it has no affect when we try and login again. I have tried multiple lengths of passwords from 4-6 characters and have also tried setting the password to blank (or removing the password if you will).

We are running VMPro in Intuity mode (4.0.18) and IPO 4.0.10.

Any ideas?
 
try changing p/w and then restarting VM services

Thanks Jamie, I tried this with no success.

It seems that the problem may even have deeper roots. When I call one of these affected users I do not get their voicemail, I get the voicemail of the extension that I calling from.
 
Is suspect someone has been playing with your default start points

Delete the user from manager and re-create. We get this alot on our own inhouse system. You may want change the user name slightly also so it creates a new mail box for it.

I have resolved this i believe, but it took a full reboot of the VMPro server, only restarting the services did not cut it. Thanks jamie/ron for your replies.
 
I am having the same issue. However when testing the user can log in from off site. It is only when on a local extension can they not log in.

I rebooted the IP Office and this clears it. But it seems to keep comming back every couple of weeks and for different users.

vmpro 4.0(18) IP500 4.0(10)
multiple sites - SCN is turned off
 
have you a vXXX in the users source tab, where XXX is the users extension
