Voicemail full when forwarding emails to voicemail

Hello Guys,

We are running VMPro and I came across an extension that has a full mailbox. Strange thing is that we are forwarding voicemail to email, so there are no voicemails listed on the account.
We recently updated to the latest 11.0 version.
Any ideas why this is happening?

So in VM Pro I found that the mailbox was in red.
Also, now one was able to leave a voicemail.
I cleared the mailbox and that resolved the issue.
Emails started to flow again. Strange......
 
Copy is the worst mailbox option. The messages are sent via mail and are read/heard but never deleted.

I prefer forward or notification or UMS exchange Integration.
