Can someone tell me or point me to documentation for getting an Audio Codes MP-112 gateway to work with the IP Office? I have the audio codes device configured, now I need to know what I have to do on the IP Office side to get it to work.

Get an 3rd IP endpoint license
Create an user.
Set the name withuot spaces, set the number, set the password (logincode) on the Telephony > Supervisor tab.
Add an SIP endpoint in the Extension section.

I did all that, but can't dial out using the Audio Codes device.

Do I have to reserve the license for that extension?

Do you get the MP-112 to register?

Can you see the SIP endpoint in system status?
Are you able to make a call to the MP-112?
Did you setup a route to the IP Office in the MP-112?

You said you did configure the MP-112, but I think you missed some steps here.

You need to setup a route in the MP-112 towards the IP Office.

Don't forget the username field in SIP devices is actually the extn number, it never uses the user name from the IP Office, that isn't even checked with SIP :)

Okkie, I don't think it's registering. This is my first one setting up, so if you can point me to any documentation, that would be helpful. I've done a google search, but it only seems to give me results for the CS1000 and the Aura. Thanks,

Holdmusic34 is extremely agitated, berating customers, very unpleasant and only calling customers to justify his existence. Signed, a customer.
