7/30: Lisa and Graham to meet this afternoon and agree on next steps. 8/01: Lisa to send spreadsheet of all 175 clients to Gerry sorted by site. Gerry to prioritize list according to clients that have reported servicing issues. The spreadsheet is to be be sent to ABN site managers and Key IPS to schedule client calls to discuss standing instructions and servicing issues. Next Team meeting is scheduled for 8/8 at 11am ET in lieu of the servicing issues call. 8/7: Take the top 175 clients processed across 4 sites, checkpoint call and review SI to make sure they are complete and accurate. 8/14:Lisa to send to IPS/Key Bank Sales to prioritize. 8/16: Assign TSR to top customers concurrently w/ this task. 8/20: Update spreadsheet & send to Dave Verhotz. Verify what names need to receive joint calls (target Labor Day). 8/21: Jacque & Sandy to discuss Exception Pricing spreadsheet sent to Key on 8/17. 8/24: Dave will have list of clients needed to have joint calls with by 8/29. 8/29: East Region still work in progress. West Coast Region discovering the data is up to date, but the process in which the Access Database is updated needs to be investigated. Exception pricing discussion has taken place. 8/31: Make sure (1) validated info is correct and (2) presentation is correct.
