Is it even possible to separate channels in a PRI to facilitate separate trunk groups for outgoing caller id naming or any other application?

You can put channels in different trunk groups.
Outbound CPN is handled in form 19 tenants.
Try setting up another tenant for one set of trunks, setting the CPN.
Changing the tenant for certain channels in form 15 then put those trunks in their own TG.
One challenge might be, incoming is either ascending or descending and may conflict with your outbound groups?
Not sure if tenant for the trunk would override station tenant for caller id but it might be something to try. I would help to know what you are trying to accomplish. Is it even possible to separate channels in a PRI to facilitate separate trunk groups for outgoing caller id naming or any other application?
If I set up 3 different trunk groups for 3 different tenants do I then have to change ARS tables, and if so, how would I send calls out for those different groups if all the outgoing translations are the same (no restrictions)? Currently all calls are routed out TG#1 (PRI All channels). You can put channels in different trunk groups.

I wonder how they handle 25 tenants!Rather than group the channels, I think you could just create a separate outbound route with a different leading digit and that will outpulse a different CPN, but it's been a while since I've looked at this so I'd have to take a look at the forms. So for instance of they normally dial 9 for outbound calls, they would dial 8 for outbound calls for the other caller id. I'll see what I can find on this.
Set up everything in 3 groups, CPN for each tenant, ARS, etc. Coming across CPN as main hotel lodge ID, regardless of CPN settings. Is this controlled by the carrier on all channels?Rather than group the channels, I think you could just create a separate outbound route with a different leading digit and that will outpulse a different CPN, but it's been a while since I've looked at this so I'd have to take a look at the forms. Each tenant has an individual CPN number. Each tenant have a pre defined cpn value? Tried moving a sets tenant?
