Hello @all,
I have two systems running MiVoice Business Release 10.2 – one for testing purposes and one live system with active users.
I configured a new SIP trunk in combination with a Mitel MBG (Version 12.1.0.110) on the test system, and everything works perfectly there. However, on the live system, the new trunk is able to receive incoming calls, but I’m unable to route any outgoing calls through it.
When I use the Business Console and run DGT TRACE 90021, the output correctly shows the route associated with the intended trunk. (I created an ARS Digits Dialed entry mapping 90+3 to Route 90.)
However, when I try to dial that number from a phone – either directly or using a system speed call – the trace shows a NIL_PEER result, which suggests that the routing isn't working as expected.
I’m confused by the fact that DGT TRACE 90021 resolves correctly, but actual dialing from a user phone or speed call fails.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any ideas on what might be causing this?
i also checked the CoR form, it is blanc.
CCS Trace dial from Phone:
12:20:38 RIL DPN PEER NIL_PEER_ 879 2C ISRM_I
;10;*1#*19*Z#*58*Ca*1*Z#*58*CW*@|Sr|xd;7F;@AFxf`#
12:20:38 RIL DPN PEER NIL_PEER_ 879 10 SSRM_C *50*87080#90021
12:20:38 ROL DPN PEER NIL_PEER_ 879 2 CRM/CIM ;8;
DGT TRACE 90021:
DGT Trace started:
90021 : ARS 90 + 3, ARS 90 + 3, Route (90)
DGT Trace completed.
A normal call from my test phone towards my iphone is working ( using a different trunk for that ).
Thanks in advance!
