Is it possible to use the speaker and the handset of a 9650 simultanous? Now, the call switch from one to the other. Can I interconnect this outputs?

You can't.
Why do you want that?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Perhaps for trainings in a callcenter? I know there is a little adapter fot that.

yes, I need this function for this. do you know, which adapter I need?

No adaptor exists to use the speaker and handset, two handsets perhaps but not the speaker :)

group listen on is not supported on 96xx phones. it looks like you would need a digital phone for it to work.

what you need is a training headset

Maybee in a future release Avaya would have option for 1 way and 2 way speakerphone options for receptionist phone.
I remember You could do this with older ISDN 7506 phones on definity systems, that was in the early 90s. That was a neat feature as when in the 1 way speaker phone mode, the handset was fully functional, and phones speaker was on at the same time, but speaker phones mic was muted.

It is not the 90's anymore :)
Just use a training headset.
They will not make such phones because they hardly are sold.
They will be way too expensive so that is why they are not available.
