Setting up Sidecar

Moving a phone with sidecar to another user. Phone works fine but sidecar looks like its not even getting power. All options in IP Office Manager are identical to old settings. Have swapped out sidecar, cables, phone but no joy. It's probably something basic. Please help.

Got in touch with an Avaya rep. and because the user and appearances are homed on a different switch in our remote office they will not appear when the user is at our local site. We can add speed dials to the sidecar here but appearances will not work.

Appearances on the EU24 do not work?

Do you know that all appearances must be programmed in one block?

You cannot just program appearances on the EU24 without programming all buttons on the 5420 as an appearance too.
