Hello,

One of our techs is setting up Phantom EXT setup with short code to AA.. For Delayed Ringing to AA and I think we're just missing something.

Can someone help out.. Would like to know how to set up call forward ext, short code to AA, ring group entry and time table entry. Destinations and what's needed for each AA.. Just to double check what we're already done and what we may have missed.

Thank you

In short, overflow your group to another sequential group with only your phantom user. Your phantom user should be unconditionally forwarded to your AA shortcode.

Is this on essential edition I assume? I am impressed that John Tel understood what you meant. I am a little confused as to what the final call flow would look like? What sort of delay ringing are you wanting? What does the ring group do?

1. Create a system short code that goes to the Auto Attendant
2. Create a user that forwards unconditionally (including hunt group calls) to the short code
3. Create a SEQUENTIAL hunt group with only the User created above as its member
4. Overflow the Main group to the Sequential group created above

Testing
1. Call the short code, the AA should answer
2. Call the User extension, the AA should answer
3. Call the Sequential group, the AA should answer
4. Call the Main group, the AA should answer after the Main group times out and overflows
