Review Caller ID before pressing Call Pick Up

I have a user who is supposed to screen calls for another user at another desk.

They're supposed to only pick up specific people calling in and they want to be able to review the caller ID ringing at the distant user's handset before pressing the pickup button and picking up the call.

I've searched and I can't seem to find a way if this is at all possible.
