In our little call center we have one agent whose sole responsibility is to make outbound calls for membership renewal. This agent makes on average 150 calls per day and in many case she reaches voicemail. She then repeats the same message over and over.
My idea was to have the message recorded and when she does not reach a live person press a button and send the message to the recipient’s voicemail through some sort of unsupervised transfer. Of course recording the message is easy, but can the other part of my idea be implemented?
One user does warrant the cost of a predictive dialer. If is possible what types of concerns does anyone have? Will I be tying up resources and possibly busying out my PRI?
