Seat increase

Hi all,
I have 150 seats in my Callcenter.
But I have 100 simultaneous logged-in agent license.
I want to increase number of simultaneously active seats.
I want to make it 125.
I don't have any problem with "maximum ports" license,
because I have enough unused port.
What I want to know is, if I buy 25 simultaneous logged-in
agent license, so make its limit 125, do I have to increase
another kind of license ? Do I need anything else ?

You might want to check pricing at different levels, 25, 50, 100. There may be a price break in there somewhere that could make it worth getting some extra if there is a chance you may need them.

If you have a CMS, then these licenses will have to be upgraded as well.
