I have 2 sites, and up until I replaced a Digital Phone set card SCN dialing worked perfectly. The DS card had gone bad and had an Analog stack card, which was installed on to the replacement card. Site A is not able to be reached by extension dialing from Site B. Site B can dial other sites no problem, and the other sites can not reach Site A.
I can ping both systems, and in System Status the SCN is listed as UP.
