I've enabled measurements on our Network Regions and on one of our MedPros, and am getting daily scheduled reports for packet loss and jitter, but the report fro RTDelay is blank every day. Thresholds are: Packet loss 5%; Jitter 50ms; RTDelay 500ms. Is it just that the threshold for RTDelay is not being breached? Or am I not capturing the required data? I will open up measurement capture to all our MedPRos once I can show that the reports are giving worthwhile data, but for now it's just that one MedPro
