Report on all agents with skills and skill levels

Hi there, how can I pull a report or export of all agents in an agent group with their skills and relative skill levels?

If you have ASA you can export all the agent information then open the file in Excel and sort it however you like.

Do you have DSA (Definity Site Administration)? ASA is just the latest version of it. You can manage your switch with this tool. You can also view or export the data you're requesting.
