What do you need to allow a user to recieve calls at home and dial from at home like there in the office.

Via Software or a Handset.

We just use Cisco PIX 501 VPN's to the headquarters. The headquarters has a dedicated T1 and the remote sites use either DSL or cable modem. We don't do anything else, just drop a 4620 out there and it works fine.

They can all do this, bigjohn... just make sure you have a VCM module installed if it's not a SOE
