Also depends what sort of integration you want.

Doing a bit of research I think I figured out that I would need a Call Accounting system like Profit Watch that would integrate to the IP Office thru a CDR port and the information that they obtain from the IP Office, would push off to any PMS system with a HOBIC integration.
Does this sound correct?

Customer explains that the PMS or Hospitality Package would integrate into the PBX with some of the following ways:
1) Cost Accounting (which I mentioned above)
2) Wake up calls
3) Name population into the room extension #'s, when different parties check in and out
4) Turning ON/OFF room to allow and disallow calls
5) Give cleaning people ability to log from a phone if a room is clean or not
I guess this is what I need to know if the IP Office can do, if it can integrate a hospitality system.

It can integrate with several, however the pople selling that software must know what systems they have tested integration with and what systems they supoort integrating with. Otherwise how can they integrate with a system and know the correct connection method and commands etc? Ask them
