Has anyone heard if Avaya IP Office plans to integrate with Microsoft 365? Specifically:
- updating status on Microsoft 365 and/or Teams when an Avaya user is on the phone or DND
- using MS365 as a common message store for voicemail pro messages (instead of emailing them using SMTP)
- deleting the message from MS365 would also delete from Avaya and vice-versa
