I have an IPO500V2 with J179 SIP phones that needs to be authenticated to a RADIUS server using EAP-TLS/SCEP certificate. Any integration guide or documentation that can be share will be appreciated?

Download the latest 46xxsettings.txt template from support.avaya.com and check for the 802.1x parts in there. The comments describe it very good.
You will need a server that provides client certifcates to the phones throgh SCEP and the phones have to know the CA certificates. DId it with 96xx phones in the past but I think it is the same on J-Series.
