Our students have an email account and we want them to use Outlook. Yet at present the system appears to default to a PST file rather than attach directly to the mailbox. We are using Outlook XP with Windows XP for clients and Windows 2000 SP3 servers; one being our Exchange Server. All users are contained within Active Directory.
Short of using a PRF, how can I force the system to simply direct the user straight to their mailbox and not to want to start a PST file off everytime?
