Main hunt group have all extensions in it, when they enter the code *20*300# I would like it to be answered by the Attd. It is embeded Voice mail. If I create anouther group and call it night add 1 Ext. 206 when I do this and put system into night it will ring this extension only. How can I get it to go to the Attd?

Thanks ahead of time

Since you're setting Hunt Group 300 into Night Mode with your short code *20*300#, you will want to go to the fallback tab of that hunt group, and choose your other group (with 206 as the solo member) as the "Night Service Fallback Group"

I have that working ok, but i would like it to go to the auto attendent when she does the code?

I know what you're tryiing to do, and I've been working on it for a few days, and I don't believe it's going to work that way.

I have a main hunt group, and the Fallback NightService group as NightGroup. I have 1 user in the Night Service Group which was forwarded unconditional to a shortcode pointed to the AA, but it won't ring that group unless there is someone "available", and turning forwarding on isn't "available" I guess. Because if I turn off Forwarding, it rings my user in Night Service Group.

VMPro you can accomplish this will User Variables, but that's not what we're doin' here.

I am assuming you are using embeded VM & Not VM Pro

2 Options.

1)
Make sure your N/S group is set to hunt (Linier)
Add a phantom user to this group
set the phantom user to forward hunt group calls to a short code that calls the Attendant.

2)
Do not create a Nigt service group but pust the main group out of service (VM Must not be enabled on the main group)
Set the fallback route of your incomming call route to the Auto attendant.

when the main group is seen a s busy (when it is out of service) the incomming call rout will revert to the fallback position.
