My customer wants to have only calls that came to his extension in his call log and no others. The options I see are; log all, no autologging, no one answered and unanswered by me. None of these fit the bill. I have no lines ringing on his phone and it is not an option as he wants no unnecessary noise in his office. (whatever!!) any suggestions?

Also,I am really bad at math and have always has trouble with this one (please laugh only to yourselves about this). For the Sat & Sun non-bus hours for a non-bus greeting on a Call Pilot or Flash; what hours do I put in when all hours are weekend hours are non-bus.??

any help is much appreciated.

thanks guys. seems like the "answered by me" option would have been the most useful. sometimes Nortel really misses the boat. even if i turn the ringing on for the lines, it doesn't really change anything? as of now, all the calls ARE logging even though his lines don't ring in.

As far as you non bus hours go you can set morning, afternoon and evening to play between 12am and 7am. Your non bus to play 7am to 12am on Sat. and Sun. Regular hours during the week.
This always works for me.
