Have a NAM and have programmed mailbox 200 to transfer a call at the callers request by pressing (T) or 7 if they do not want to leave a message.

When the caller presses 7 "One Moment Please" is heard then two beeps are heard about 3 seconds later "The Line or Line Pool configured for this call is not valid".

How do I correct this Line or Line Pool issue?

Thanks!

Did you specify a Pool or a line? If it is Pool A this converts to Pool 1 in the NAM, also check your line programming, all lines must be set to super or the call won't go through.

Will check for Super and is the Pool-1 programmed within the NAM or via the MICS and in what programming section?

P.S. will the NAM just pick up the first available line in Pool-A and automatically dial 9 before calling the number?

Pool 1 is programmed within the mailbox under outbound transfer, log into mbox f981, press admin, press 8, no need to add 9 in your dialing string, the NAM will pick first available line.
